About us…
We are owners Dale and Natalie.
We love to travel, experience different cultures, meet interesting people... and eat delicious food!
We even try to take a cooking class whenever we travel, so chef Dale can learn authentic ways of cooking tasty food...then adding a little of his own flair.
We truly love meeting wonderful people, learning about their way of life, and how food connects people.
When we have travelled to South East Asia, one of our favourite experiences is to eat at a night market, while sipping a cocktail and watching some local acts singing tunes to get even the grumpiest person toe tapping.
The smells, the sights, and the sounds just keep you wanting to go back for more.
Most Latin American countries also have a similar ethos to food, and we LOVE their cuisine.
Street food...is good food!
Our aim is to create our version of a street market, and give people a really unique and fun experience.
Our different menu's will be provided by 'different street vendors' to add to the theatre and illusion of the night/street market.
(Of course all the food will be cooked in house... but lets not ruin the magic!)
Ooh... and don't you forget about 'The Brunch Club'.
On Sundays we will have a change from our usual 'street vendors'/main menu, and be serving our version of Sunday brunch.
We are huge food lovers as you can see, but we also love animals. The Elephant balls on our menu are inspired by the food we made for the elephants while volunteering at Samui Elephant Haven. A portion of each order will go towards saving their home, which is currently under threat.
